Appointments

Beautique Hair Design recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule.

If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, email, or text.

 Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

While it is not always possible to contact a client directly, every effort will be made to confirm your appointment four days in advance. Confirmations are also sent out via email as soon as the customer completes the booking. Then an automated email OR SMS reminders are sent out 2 days prior to the appointment date.

Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day, last minute cancellations & no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.

We understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is yours to use at your discretion. We will give every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met by the remainder of your scheduled time. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

For New Clients we require a $50 deposit for any service that exceeds a 2 hour time block. This deposit will be applied upon completing your service at checkout.  We appreciate your consideration for our stylists time.

All deposits will be non-refundable if appointment is no-showed or cancelled within the 48 hour policy. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE OR IN RESPONSE TO YOUR TEXT CONFIRMATION.

 Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within three days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after three days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any hair services.

Beautique Hair Design will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

 Salon Etiquette 

Beautique Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 Products

There are NO returns or exchanges of products purchased at Beautique Hair Design. We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any product of interest. If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this policy will allow you to try before you buy. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds brushes, discounted items, & Gift Cards.

 Payment Methods

We accept the following: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. There will be a $25 Service Fee for all returned checks.
